LUMASEC : Land use policies in European cities. Leaflet n°4, Planning and implementing a brown-field regeneration strategy : the case of Bytom (Poland)

LUMASEC (Land Use Management for Sustainable European Cities) is an European project wich aims to identify the scope of strategic and operational action for European cities in land use planning.Each of the five partner-cities of the project has developed a local action plan (LAP) with decision-makers in order to buildup a strategic approach to land use management. Résumé en français: Le projet européen LUMASEC (Land Use Management for Sustainable European Cities) vise à identifier les principales pistes de progrès en matière de stratégies foncières dans les villes européennes. Chacune des cinq agglomérations partenaires de LUMASEC a mis en œuvre un plan d'action local lui permettant d'approfondir son expérience en ce domaine.
